When Life Gives You Lemons

Lemons Use them to detox your liver! Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning is a great way to cleanse your system and jump start your day.  Slowly decrease the ratio of water to lemon juice – what you can handle without puckering – until the water is nice and cloudy. Lemons also have antibacterial properties.  Squeeze a quarter lemon into a mug with hot water, honey and a dash of cayenne pepper to fight off colds.
