Mango Tango Salsa

Whether I’m lounging on my patio, hosting an barbeque or trying to beat the winter blues, this mango salsa recipe is a sure favourite. Bring yourself back in touch with the simple infusion of fresh flavours through this “tango” of mangoes and veggies. It’ll start your party dancing!

Serving size:  4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 juice of a lime
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and serve your mango salsa with corn chips.
