Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 1- 250 g brie wheel
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toast walnuts in a saucepan for 1-2mins.
  3. Place the brie on an oven-save dish or pan and top with cranberries, walnuts and maple syrup. Bake until cheese is soft and warm, about 10mins.
  4. Serve with fresh bread or crackers.
