Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie (Gluten Free)

- 1- 250 g brie wheel
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toast walnuts in a saucepan for 1-2mins.
- Place the brie on an oven-save dish or pan and top with cranberries, walnuts and maple syrup. Bake until cheese is soft and warm, about 10mins.
- Serve with fresh bread or crackers.
