This avocado chocolate pudding is thick and creamy without adding any dairy or processed sugar. The taste is like instant chocolate pudding – you would never guess the main ingredient is avocado! For a thinner consistency, just add additional nut milk to your liking. Check out the video below to see how its made.

I already love avocados so much that I eat them plain by the spoonful. Now with this recipe I can enjoy their amazingly creamy fresh taste when I am craving something sweet too!!
This is a desert I will try for sure! Easy, but yet delicious! Thanks for sharing.
wow this is so easy, I will make this desert for sure! It looks delicious!!
Hi Lysa, it is so quick and easy it tastes amazing! Let me know what you think when you try it.
I made a quadruple batch of Avocado Chocolate Pudding and cut the maple syrup by a quarter and added a sprinkle of cinnamon, it was delicious!!!!
Cannot wait to try this!
Regan I’m warning you, its addictive!
Amazing! U can’t even taste the avocado!
It’s crazy, it just adds amazing creaminess. I’m happy you liked it Nicola.
Thank you for this recipe.
It’s really tasty. A a bit too sweet for my taste buds though. Next time I’ll use less sweetener.
By the way, the vanilla extract is absolutely necessary. I forgot to add it at first and the avocado taste was very noticeable. So I poured in some vanilla extract and mixed it with a spoon. It makes such a big difference.
Do you know how to make this with more of a chocolate mousse texture ?
Thanks
Thanks for the comment. It’s best to taste as you go so you get the perfect sweetness. You can try to chill to change the texture.
Thank you, I’ve made this for desert tonight and it is so quick, easy and delicious. Just wondering if you’ve tried it with raw cacao powder?
Thanks for the comment Marianne, I’m so happy you like it. I actually use raw cacao when I make this pudding now, you can sub it one for one and it tastes great.
What could I use in place of the syrup?
Hi Kim, honey would work one for one. Stevia and chocolate don’t usually combine well so I wouldn’t recommend it. You could also try adding a banana or 4 soaked dates for sweetness.
