Hi I’m Jesse, the creator of Out To Lunch Creations. Out To Lunch Creations offers holistic recipes using whole and meaningful ingredients. I have transformed classics, comfort foods and international cuisines into healthy meals you can really feel good about. I have something for everyone including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, paleo, vegan and holistic recipes.
I grew up with delicious home cooked meals and developed a love for baking (and sugar) at an early age. At the age of thirteen I decided to cut red meat out of my diet. Since my family continued to eat red meat, I experimented with simple substitutions to the family meals. In university I developed several food intolerances, the most notable being to wheat and dairy. My new diet pushed me to become more creative with my cooking and baking, fueling my passion for the culinary arts. Fall 2011 I began training to become a Holistic Nutritionist at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and I am loving every second of it! Holistic nutrition is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on healing the body primarily though diet and environment. I incorporate the all of the information I learn in school in to my holistic recipes. I try to feature one ingredient in every post so you can learn why its beneficial to your health.
